Background

5 years in Sales Admin with steel forging Company prior to Medibroker, 9 years at DHSS Longbenton - Data Processor then 6 years promoted to Admin Officer.

My aim at APRIL Medibroker is always to give good assistance to our customers - as Administrator for over 900 client files, I try to work as conscientiously as possible to keep records updated, respond to customer and Insurer enquiries, quickly and accurately with a courteous manner, to ensure the customer has trust in our Company and what we are doing for them. I have made friends with several customers and insurer correspondents alike.

I have looked after all of our UK client files since starting at APRIL Medibroker in March 2003 and continue to enjoy the responsibility - I am currently working towards dealing with some of the new International applications that are coming through and look forward to corresponding with our Expat and International clients in the future

Hobbies/Interests

I have no hobbies as such, but do like to spend time on my computer at home and socialising with my friends and family at weekends. Sharing a house with a husband and two teenage boys, my interest in sport has increased twofold; I now enjoy football, tennis, rugby, golf and darts!!
