Background

I have spent 20 years in the Retail Motor Industry representing Premium Brands from Germany and Japan, delivering excellent customer satisfaction and building long term relations with Clients wishing to solve their motoring needs, whether practically or spiritually.
 
I was delighted to join APRIL Medibroker in December 2008 and have thoroughly enjoyed gaining extensive knowledge of International Medical Insurance from my colleagues and from approved insurance providers who maintain direct contact with us in the sales team and also our client services team and regular pay visits to keep us all updated on the latest plans and any current offers.
 
We receive many requests from expatriates on a daily basis from around the world. My job is to analyse requests and search out premiums from APRIL Medibroker's portfolio of providers and present quotations consisting of plans offering the most suitable coverage at the most competitive premiums available for that client that will best suit their requirements.

Of course, I aim to help customers find the best policy to suit their needs, and the best way to do this is to speak directly with our clients and send further information when required. I love the fact that I can offer advice with complete impartiality from one provider to another and my job revolves around getting the best deal for our client, not the insurer.

I have built up a strong relationship with clients of all nationalities who have taken out cover through me and take great pleasure when they stay in touch and ask for advice after they are insured and I can answer them with confidence.

Hobbies/Interests

I am Dad to two great kids, my spare time revolves around games, homework, days out to the beach and the country around Northumberland etc. as long as it's fun. I love my music and I have been told I have a very eclectic taste that covers great songs and artists from all periods up to the present day. When time and finances allow, I enjoy going to live concerts, gigs and festivals.
