APRIL Medibroker were nominated for, and especially proud to win, the "Best Customer Service Initiative" category. In judging this award, the judges quoted a survey undertaken by Sage, which reported that:
"UK businesses said that delivering good customer service was as important to the success of their business as making a profit. In uncertain times, you need to be able to attract and retain customers. Key to delivering good customer service is getting to know your customer base and target market, and then meeting their needs."
The judges were looking for an innovative and successful approach to customer service with proven results over the past 12 months. Upon receiving the award, Mr J Leslie Smith, Chairman and Managing Director of APRIL Medibroker Limited, said:
